I started working out with Dan and I had several injuries such as bad back and a sore shoulder. We started off with some remedial exercises and built up slowley over the course of a few months. Thanks to MBF my overall health and fitness has change for the better. They have helped me to increase and develop my training technique, for instance a 40kg squat to 145kg squat in less than six months. Dan, came to visit me and my Team at Wessex Networks to present his 6 of the best seminar. It gave me a the rest of the team a scientific background on how what we eat has such a big effect to us. Prior to Dan, the combination of long working hours and a busy family life meant my physical well-being was neglected. It caught up with me when I suffered a knee injury after being twisted in a game of football.
A friend then introduced me to Dan, he has been great. His tailored exercises took me through the recovery period and the staged regular exercise programme has resulted in the years of neglect being turned backwards. Once again I am able to run and play sport whenever I want.
